Check These Food Lists If You Want To Get And Stay In Great Shape
You can print these lists out and stick them on your fridge door. They show common food items you’re likely to come across every day.
The food items are arranged in three columns: bad, better and best.
If you want a gorgeous body (and great health), avoid the food in the bad column as much as possible. Choose the food in the best column as often as you can.
Now … how’s this for a neat idea?
When you come across food items which are not in these lists, do a bit of research. See if you can find a healthier option for each new item, and add them to these lists. That way, you’re forced to find a better and best alternative for food that you eat often. And consult your lists regularly.
Within a few weeks, you’ll be surprised how much your eating habits have improved. Before you know it, you’ll become so smart at choosing the best food for your body that you won’t even want to look at that fattening junk food any more.
